Thank you for shopping with kluē. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related details.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand soon.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following working day. During busy periods such as launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed.
3. Delivery Times and Costs

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your parcel is shipped. You can use this link to track your delivery directly with the courier.
5. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
kluē ltd is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expecting) your delivery.
• Email contact@kluebeauty.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Pre-Orders or Launch Collections
Occasionally, we offer pre-order products.
Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page — please allow extra time for dispatch during launch periods.
8. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our couriers, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather, or high seasonal demand) can sometimes cause delays.
