Returns & Refund Policy (14 Days)

We want you to love your kluē products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging
    A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@kluebeauty.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Opened personal care items (including beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers receiving orders within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed UK will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail and DPD.
